The description was mostly right, but a few details were off. Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it, but it showed up at a really inconvenient time, so noticing those little mistakes was even more annoying.

I had a quick question about my order and they replied faster than I expected. The person was really nice and got it sorted without making it a whole thing. Smooth experience, honestly. Anyway.

There were a lot of really nice styles to choose from, and I actually found a few pieces that felt like they fit my vibe

My order arrived fine, but the box was a little squished when it got here. Nothing was broken or damaged, thankfully, but I guess I just expected the packaging to feel a bit more secure, if that makes sense.

I ordered two dresses in the same size, and one fit okay, but the other one was way too tight. It’s frustrating because they looked really nice in the photos, but the sizing just don’t feel consistent. Returning stuff is such a hassle too. I might give it another try if the size guide was more accurate, but right now I’m not too happy with it

I ordered from brookeandbelle.com because I was hoping it would be one of those easy everyday pieces that feels super comfy without thinking about it too much.

The material feel nice and it isn’t scratchy, which I liked, but the fit was tighter than I thought it would be. After wearing it for a few hours, it starts feeling a little less comfortable, so I probably wouldn’t pick it for a full day out.
Shipping and packaging was totally fine, nothing really to complain about there. I might try a different size if I order again, but comfort-wise, it’s just okay to me, not terrible but definitely not amazing.

I ordered my usual size and the fit wasn’t even close. It was way off compared to what I normally wear. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service yet because, i don’t really trust that they’ll be much help.
